Scholarships click here	The Webster County Community Fund’s mission is to build and maintain a sustainable source of funds to serve the broad philanthropic needs of our county.  The spirit of collaboration from volunteers all over the Webster County brought encouragement from the Benedum Foundation to establish a community fund. With further help from the Appalachian Regional Commission, the WV Community Foundations Consortium and the local community team dedicated to the establishment of the fund, WCCF is now a reality. The Webster County Commission became our first donor by seeding the fund. Beckley Area Foundation manages the fund and we comply with all policies and procedures of the National Standards for Community Foundations. Across the country Community Foundations are booming. Only through Community Foundations are people able to create permanent funds that will leave a legacy of caring to support the widest range of charitable causes - where you live or have left your heart.
